How to use Arthryon correctly

Step by step

• Start with clean, dry, intact skin — no lotion, no oil, no broken or irritated areas.
• Squeeze out a small amount: pea-sized for fingers and knuckles, coin-sized for a knee, shoulder or lower back.
• Massage it in for 30–60 seconds using firm circular strokes until it disappears. The rubbing is part of the effect.
• Wait a minute before dressing so the cream finishes absorbing.
• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap unless your hands are the area you're treating.

How often
