Intended use

• For external use only, on intact skin.
• Temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints.
• Apply a thin layer up to three to four times daily.
• Do not bandage tightly or apply heat after use.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.
• Wash hands thoroughly after applying, unless treating the hands.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Consult a professional first if you

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Are taking prescription medication or under medical supervision.
• Have sensitive skin, eczema, or a known allergy to any listed ingredient.
• Are treating a child.

Stop use and seek advice if

• Excessive skin irritation, blistering or a rash develops.
• Your condition worsens, or symptoms persist for more than seven days.
• Symptoms clear up and then return within a few days.
