Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check progress on our order tracking page.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices are charged in US dollars. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These are rarely applied on personal-use topical products, but rules vary by country.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to support@getarthryon.com within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

Returns and refunds

1. Email support@getarthryon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the jars back — opened jars are fine, that's the point of the guarantee.
4. Once received, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Address changes

Need to correct a shipping address? Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll update it before dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit we cannot reroute it.
