We collect the minimum information needed to take your order, ship it, and support you afterwards. We never sell your data.

Who we are

Arthryon operates getarthryon.com, the official store for Arthryon Arthritis Heat Relief Cream. For any privacy question, contact support@getarthryon.com.

What we collect

Order information: name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping address, and the bundle you selected.
Payment information: processed entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Support correspondence: emails and messages you send us.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source, used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your order.
To send transactional emails: confirmations, tracking, refunds.
To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
To improve the website and our product information.
To send marketing emails only where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers required to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping and fulfilment partners, our email provider and our hosting and database provider. Each processes data on our instructions only. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the checkout and keep the site secure, plus privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits. You can block cookies in your browser; the checkout requires essential cookies to work.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept for two years. Marketing contacts are removed on unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or object to processing. Email support@getarthryon.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We serve customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and France. Data may be processed in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, payment data is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant processor, and access to order records is restricted to staff who need it.

Children

Arthryon is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify customers by email.
