1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of getarthryon.com and any purchase you make from Arthryon. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. Bundle pricing is a package discount and applies only to the bundle as sold.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and France. Delivery estimates on our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Any import duties are your responsibility.

6. Returns and the 30-day guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including consumer cancellation rights in the UK and EU.

7. Product use

Arthryon is a topical cream for external use only, intended for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints. Follow the label directions. Do not use on broken skin. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. See our medical disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

The Arthryon name, logo, product imagery, copy and site design are owned by Arthryon and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, resell the product without authorisation, or misrepresent yourself as an Arthryon seller.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
