What's covered

Every order placed on getarthryon.com is covered for 30 days from the date your parcel is delivered. That applies to single jars and to every multi-jar bundle.

Opened jars are fine

A guarantee you can only use on a sealed jar is not a guarantee. You are meant to use Arthryon properly before deciding, so opened and partly used jars qualify for a full refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@getarthryon.com with your order number and the word "refund".
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the jars back using any tracked service.
4. When the return arrives we issue a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. Banks typically show it within 5 business days.

The details

• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Bundle orders are refunded as a whole; partial refunds of a bundle are not available because bundle pricing is a package discount.
• Refunds are issued in US dollars to the original card. Currency conversion differences applied by your bank are outside our control.
• The guarantee applies to one order per customer.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

These are handled separately and faster — see shipping & returns. We replace them free of charge and you keep the original.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you email us before your order ships, we cancel it and refund immediately — nothing to return.
